One page or a little more room to grow. Start at $350, choose what matters, and see your estimate change. We’re happy to talk through your budget and find a practical starting point.
New Bridgeware clients can receive 10% off the base fee of an Essential or Business website when it’s their business’s first standalone website, or their business is based in Grundy, Will, or Kankakee County.
One offer per project, even if both apply. Additional pages, extras, custom work, care, hosting, domains, third-party fees, and taxes are excluded. Card offers and existing quotes need individual review. All savings are provisional until Matthew confirms eligibility and scope in writing.

An estimate, not a commitment. Matthew and the Bridgeware team review your scope and applicable charges, then confirm an itemized quote with you. Any discount shown is provisional. Sending a request does not book work or take payment; invoicing follows your agreed terms.

For an approved standard website, we look after hosting, maintenance, security updates, and everyday support over the long term. Routine updates help the site keep working as browsers and dependencies change.
Approved hosting and SSL configuration
Routine security patches and dependency updates
Compatibility, contact-form, and uptime checks
Scheduled backups and recovery preparation
Business-hours troubleshooting and support
30 minutes of small content edits per month
$90 / month · optionalNew pages, features, domains, and unusual usage are separate.
Care is optional and scoped to one approved standard website. Small-edit time does not roll over. Support is handled during agreed business hours; response expectations and maintenance cadence are agreed in your plan. Major upgrades, incident recovery, new features, and custom applications need a separate scope. Care does not promise uninterrupted availability or unlimited development. Technical clients who only need project files can discuss a separate handoff.
ALREADY BUILDING WITH US?
Keepthegoodworkgoing. Withoutstartingfromscratch.
Continuing development on a website we built uses a lower rate than a new website build. We reuse the foundation and quote the changes you need: another page, refreshed content, or the next useful feature. The total depends on the work, so we agree on a separate scope and price.
Routine care keeps the site running. Continued development moves it forward. We’ll explain which your request needs.
One public URL using the agreed design, with up to about 600 words and six supplied images. A shop, login portal, custom calculator, or complex interactive screen needs its own scope.
WHAT SHOULD BE READY?
Your content and business details.
Standard builds use your final copy and images. Copy drafting is available for selected pages. Content migration, extensive image preparation, photography, and brand identity work are reviewed separately.
CUSTOM SOFTWARE / A SCOPED INVESTMENT
Startwiththeproblem. Thenpricethesolution.
A quoting tool and a company-wide platform are different projects. Tell us what you want to make easier, your priorities, and the budget you have in mind. We’ll discuss a useful first release and prepare a proposal around your business.
Built around your needs. Quoted individually. If paid discovery would help, we agree on its scope and fee with you first.

Implementation is quoted after we understand the scope. Hosting, support, and future features are separate; a custom app is not covered by standard website care.
For continued development on a website we built, we use a lower rate than a new website build and quote the agreed changes separately. We reuse the existing foundation where practical. This is different from the new-client welcome offer and from routine monthly care; major rebuilds or new systems need their own scope.
Can we talk about the price?
Absolutely. Share the budget you’re comfortable with. We can discuss the price, simplify the first release, use content you already have, or plan work in stages. Any revised scope and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
How does the 10% welcome offer work?
It is one provisional reduction on the base fee for new Bridgeware clients choosing an eligible standard website. Qualify through a first-ever standalone business website, or a business based in Grundy, Will, or Kankakee County. Both routes together still mean 10%, not 20%. Additional pages, extras, custom work, care, hosting, domains, vendor fees, and applicable taxes are excluded. Card terms and existing quotes need individual review. Matthew confirms eligibility and the final quote.
Can I start small and add more later?
Yes. Tell our team what matters most and the budget you have in mind. A focused first scope can get the essentials in place, with future pages or features quoted separately when you need them. We will flag choices that could make later changes more involved.
Is a first website only for a brand-new business?
No. An established business using social media or a business listing can still be ready for its first standalone website. We will help you decide what belongs on it. New Bridgeware clients can qualify for one 10% reduction on the base website fee through the first-website or local-business route. Social pages and business listings do not disqualify a first website. Eligibility and savings are confirmed in your written quote.
Who looks after my domain and account access?
We agree on account ownership and access during planning and document them at handoff. If you already have a domain or hosting account, tell us who manages it. Do not send passwords through the inquiry form; we arrange suitable access separately.
What if I need changes after launch?
You can request a separate quote for changes, or choose the optional care plan for its defined routine work and small-edit allowance. New pages, features, and larger changes are scoped separately.
Are these prices final?
These are starting prices for the scopes described here. Your written proposal confirms the design, content, third-party costs, timeline, and final price before work starts.
What is the difference between Essential and Business?
Essential uses one agreed layout direction and one revision round: $350 for one page, $475 for two, and $600 for three. Pages four and five add $125 each. Business starts at $1,100 for up to five pages with more tailored layouts and two revision rounds; pages six through ten add $150 each. Choose by design needs as well as page count.
Do I have to pay for managed care?
No. We can launch your website into a supported commercial hosting account you own. You pay that provider directly and can manage future updates yourself or request separately quoted help. The optional $90 monthly plan is for people who want us to manage approved hosting and defined routine care.
What does a revision round cover?
One consolidated feedback list refining the agreed design and content. New pages, features, or a new design direction are scoped separately. Correcting a defect in an agreed deliverable is not a paid design revision.
What will I receive at handoff?
The agreed project files or platform ownership transfer, account ownership notes, and practical instructions. We explain third-party licenses and platform export limits before work begins. The deliverable depends on the platform; proprietary builders cannot always be moved to another host.
How long will my project take?
That depends on scope, content readiness, access, and current availability. We agree on a realistic schedule and milestones before starting, and share a preview while there is time to shape the details.
Can you help with an existing website or AI-built app?
Yes. We begin by reviewing the existing site or software and what you want to improve. Migration, code repairs, sensitive data, and unfamiliar integrations need a reviewed scope rather than a standard page-based price.
What about domain names and other subscriptions?
Domain registration, paid tools, vendor accounts, unusual usage, and licenses are disclosed separately unless explicitly included. The estimator shows known Bridgeware fees; unknown provider costs are marked for confirmation, so the subtotal is not presented as a complete ownership cost.
