BRIDGEWARE / DESIGN + DEVELOPMENT

ILLUSTRATIVE CONCEPT / POSSIBILITIES, MADE VISIBLE

WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH

Start with the task that needs to work better.

01

Business portals and internal tools

Give your team a clearer place to manage its work. We plan tools around real responsibilities, from quoting and catalogs to onboarding, messaging, and branch oversight, with access appropriate to each role.

02

Connected workflows

Repeated data entry and disconnected systems can slow a team down. We review the tools you already rely on, identify where information needs to move, and assess integrations around their available interfaces and permissions.

03

A focused first release

You do not need to define every future feature before talking to us. We work out the smallest useful scope, build in practical increments, and use your team's feedback to decide what comes next.

PEOPLE & PROJECTS

A business platform for Prime Baths.

Our Prime Baths partnership brings quoting, catalogs, onboarding, messaging, and company oversight into a business platform for regional teams. We are also developing a sales and coaching workspace for Midwest Exterior Detailing in Braidwood. The portfolio explains each project and its current status.

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO DELIVERY

A clear next step, together.

  1. 01

    Walk through the current work

Show us the spreadsheet, the existing system, or the task that takes too long. We learn who uses it, where it breaks down, and which constraints must stay in place.

  2. 02

Define and build the first release

We agree on priorities and scope, then put working software in your hands early. You can react to the actual product and help steer the next round.

  3. 03

    Test with real working needs

We check the agreed workflows and rough edges, document the decisions, and plan the handover. Any further support or development is discussed around your team's needs.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful answers.

When is custom software worth considering?

It is worth a conversation when existing tools repeatedly force your team into manual workarounds or cannot support an important workflow. Sometimes a simpler adjustment to an existing tool is the better starting point; we look at the situation before suggesting a build.

Can you connect software we already use?

We can assess that with you. What is possible depends on the systems, their APIs or export options, access permissions, and the information that needs to move. Share the tools involved so we can identify those constraints before committing to an integration.

Do you work outside Illinois?

Yes. We have local roots in the Coal City and Braidwood area, serving Grundy, Will, and Kankakee counties, and work with businesses worldwide. Local meetings, phone conversations, and online collaboration let us choose an approach that fits the project.

What should I include in a project request?

Describe what your team is trying to do, what you use today, and the biggest point of friction. An approximate timeline and budget help us shape a realistic first scope. You do not need a technical specification to begin.
